I wasn't exactly sure where to categorize this...
this is a marionette puppet I made first semester for the final project based off of this sketch [link] Her face is made from paper clay and then painted, her skeleton was constructed out of styrofoam and straws, I have a pretty cool picture of it on my phone I'll have to upload sometime. Her body was covered with fabric. Her limbs were covered with paper mache. She's no longer functional as a marionette puppet, but is a neat little sculpture. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
